The unit is fixed through the shear wall rather than the floor slab, so it adds no extra load to older buildings. With a lightweight sub-200kg car, a quiet closed-loop synchronous belt drive, and a modular design that’s typically installed in around two days by the original factory installation team, the SmartRise delivers a fast, low-disruption path to home accessibility.
